How does selling my property with Carat work?
We start with a realistic market valuation and a personal marketing concept. We then handle the exposé, viewings and negotiations — transparently, efficiently and professionally, all the way to the notary appointment.
Which documents do I need to sell my property?
To sell your property we need documents such as the land-register extract, the energy certificate, floor plans and the living-area calculation. We help you obtain everything that is missing.
Do you also handle the letting of my apartment?
Yes. Lettings are part of our care package — from the initial letting and the selection of suitable tenants to the handover. On request we also arrange facility management and building services.
Who can buy a subsidised apartment?
Subsidised homes such as those at Römertor are reserved for households within the income limit of Bavaria’s home-ownership subsidy — no bidding war. BayernLabo’s check shows whether you qualify; we are glad to advise you in person.
