  • The rental charge is calculated based on the base rent.

  • The base rent is adjusted annually in line with inflation (increased by 9.14% in 2023).

  • The apartments are solely intended for investment purposes, not for personal use.

  • After 25 years, the municipality's tenant nomination right expires and the apartment can be used for personal occupancy.

  • The apartment can be sold at the buyer's asking price at any time.

  • Every 3 years after commencement of the lease, the income of the tenant is automatically reviewed by the municipality.

  • The buyer grants the municipality of Haar a tenant nomination right for 25 years.
